Re-pressurise your boiler

When your boiler loses pressure it often simply requires you to top-up the pressure again, which is easy to do without an engineer.

Could I fix it for free myself?
Quite possibly, 30% of problems require a simple fix such as topping up or resetting the boiler. Answer a few simple questions and we’ll help you understand if you can fix it yourself without the need for a repair visit.
Yes, where a problem can be fixed without parts or by replacing simple parts that we carry in our vans, a repair will only cost you £89. You won’t pay until after your visit is signed off by our technical team.
Yes, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price after your diagnosis, from the price list below. If we can get the part easily we can fix it straight away, else we’ll order it in and fix it as soon as it’s available.
One of our experienced Gas Safe registered repair engineers will come to your home and complete a 1 hour inspection and diagnosis of your boiler, so you’ll know exactly what’s wrong. If your boiler can then be fixed without additional parts within the 1-hour inspection, we’ll complete the fix for you – all within the £89 fee. If we can’t complete the fix within the hour, we’ll give you a no obligation fixed price quote to complete the work based on the type of repair we need to complete. The price you see is the price you’ll pay. We don’t charge extra or have any hidden fees to fix the issue that has been diagnosed. If your boiler has another fault (outside of what we have repaired), or develops another fault, we will issue you with another quote for that work. We’ll also help you decide when is the best time to replace your boiler if it has recurring issues.
As part of your repair, we include a 1 year workmanship guarantee for any work that directly relates to the repair. All parts used are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
When will I be charged the £89 fee?
You won’t be charged until after your engineer has completed the inspection and our technical team has audited the work completed by the engineer. If a follow up repair is required, we won’t charge you the £89 initial inspection fee until the follow up repair job has been completed and audited.
No, you don’t have to use AIRCON for the follow up repair. If we can’t repair your boiler within the 1-hour inspection, we’ll provide you with a no obligation, fixed price quote to complete the work.
If we deem your boiler beyond economic repair during the 1-hour inspection and diagnosis, we’ll provide you with a no obligation quote to get a replacement boiler with us. On top of this, we’ll refund you the £89 inspection fee if you decide to replace your boiler with AIRCON.
What happens if the issue is covered by my boiler warranty?

We never want to charge you unnecessarily. If we find that your issue is covered by your warranty before we come round to complete the inspection, we won’t charge you anything.

If through the inspection and diagnosis process we find that the issue is covered by your warranty, you will only be charged the initial £89 inspection fee.

It can be a tricky decision to work out when is best to repair or replace, but we’re here to help you work out the best thing to do.
