We’ll recommend a selection of packages and let you pick The One by comparing brands and prices. Pick an install date and get a discount if you choose a day that’s less busy.
3. Pay with flexible payment options
You can pay monthly using our finance options, or pay it all upfront using our secure online payment system. It’s up to you.
4. We check your order
Our team of engineers checks each job against your screener responses to confirm you have selected the perfect boiler for your home & avoid surprises on your installation day.
5. Your product is delivered
Your AIRCON-Heat will be delivered by courier, usually on the morning of your installation day. Your installer will arrive bright and early too, between 7.30 and 9.30am.
6. Our qualified engineers install it
Your installer will fit your package based on your requirements and our expertise. All our installers are fully qualified, experienced professionals. They’re a friendly lot, too.
7. Our expert audit team checks the quality
Our in house engineers will audit your install to ensure everything is fitted correctly and is going to last
8. Get your documents, warranty & support
All of your relevant documents are available in our Customer App as soon as your installation is complete. You can use the app to talk to our team and get support with your new product
