How does AIRCON work?

AIRCON puts you in control. We let you buy a new product for your home, pick the installation date online, without the hassle of salespeople. Instead of sending a salesperson out to bother you at home, we get you to answer a few simple questions online. It’s even easy to do on your phone or tablet.

You’ll be able to compare brand and prices to choose from, then you choose a convenient date to have one of our expert installers install it for you.

Answer First you’ll answer a few straightforward questions. What kind of property you have, and which room you want it in, that sort of thing.

Choose We’ll recommend a set of packages and let you choose The One. You’ll be able to compare brands and prices to help make up your mind.

Pay You can pay monthly using our finance options including interest-free, or pay it all upfront using our secure online payments system. It’s up to you.

Receive On the odd occasion we need to deliver your AIRCON a day or so before installation. But don’t worry, we always check with you to make sure it’s convenient. Your AIRCON will be delivered by courier on the morning of your installation day. Your installer will arrive bright and early, too, between 7.30 and 9.30am.

Install Then, your certified installer will arrive to get it all set up. Our installers are qualified, experienced professionals. They’re a friendly lot, too.

Yes. You’ll just need to answer some questions about the property you want the installation in, and then give us the installation address, as well as your home address during the checkout. To buy for more than one property, you will need to go through the checkout process separately for each property. If you’re not sure, or can’t get into the property, it’s best to get your tenants to take pictures before you begin.

If you choose to pay in monthly instalments, you’ll apply for credit through one of the lenders we work with.

At checkout, just select pay monthly. We have a range of payment plans over 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 years, including 0% APR available over 1 or 2 years. It’s 11.9% APR for the other plans. There is also the option to leave a deposit of up to 50% at the time of ordering, but you don’t have to on any of our plans. By leaving a deposit you will reduce your monthly payments and reduce the amount of interest you pay, on the interest-bearing plans. You then pay back the amount you borrow month by month, including any interest if applicable. The first payment is approximately 1 month after the installation but the lender will write to you and confirm all the details. If you would like to pay your finance off before the end of the agreement, contact the finance company directly who will give you a settlement figure and a length of time that figure is valid for.

Finance is offered through Novuna Consumer Finance and HomeServe Finance; in some cases we also lend with Propensio Finance Limited. Finance available subject to status. Terms and conditions apply. AIRCON Limited acts as a credit broker and is not a lender. Any credit is subject to status, affordability and a credit check.

Yes, just contact the lender who provided you with finance and they will offer you a settlement amount for early repayment.
No, but you can if you want to. You can put down up to 50% of the total price as a deposit, and pay off the rest over the payment term, with an APR of 10.9% on the 3, 5 & 10 year plans and an APR of 0% (interest-free) on the 1 and 2 year plans. You’ll be able to adjust the amount of deposit you pay when you choose pay monthly at checkout.
When you’ve paid in full or signed your finance agreement. If you haven’t completed payment or agreed a finance plan 24 hours after choosing your installation date, it will become available to other customers. If you have chosen next day installation you will need to finish payment or sign your finance agreement before 3pm to guarantee your slot.
